The hotel is very well located, just a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Centraal. The room was large enough with a decent bathroom and sufficient storage for a short stay in the city

Convenient location to the historic center and the train station. We stayed here before and that’s why we returned as we like the area.

The location is perfect for the Tivoli and also the train station and shopping centre - that’s why I stayed here. The bed was very comfortable and the staff I met were all very nice and pleasent! The wifi was really fast and didn’t lose connection. I personally had a beautiful room and view and didn’t encounter any noise over the 3 days.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. Our TV didn't work and we contacted reception. Someone actually came!! Little morning treats everyday at reception was lovely touch. Right in the centre, we lucked in a Saturday market within a few meters of the hotel. We didn't have our room serviced each day, by choice. But there were always clean towels and replacement teas and coffee at reception.

I dislike doing checkmark rating but prefer to write the paragraph. I will return with pleasure. Great location, easy train access (Netherlands have the best train system in Europe), massive, massive mall 100 meters away, plus one or two blocks from the warren of alleyways and small streets that is the old town. Utrect is meticulously clean, and one cafe is if possible better than the next, thus impossible to pick a favorite. Bottom line. No problem choosing this hotel on my next visit.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to shops and station among others. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The balcony was very nice. The room had electric kettle, among other things.

Location was excellent - 5 mins walking distance from the train station and close to many shops and a shopping centre. The room was good enough - spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Staff was friendly and overall my impressions are positive. Hotel has provided earplugs for the neighbouring church - very considerate of them. In any case, this hotel did much better than the Leonardo hotel in Antwerpen.

Excellent location close to centre. Little touches like sweets, water and doughnuts complementary at reception. Staff very helpful Balcony was good for air, fans also provided. Shower was good. 5th floor was quiet and peaceful Room blackout blind was excellent

Everything perfect, as always :) our second time here and we will repeat, as we use to visit Utrecht once per year. Wifi is very good and the rooms very big , cozy and well proofed. Just 5 minutes from utrecht train station and all the facilities just near it. Thanks for the free upgrade as well! see u soon!
